Himalayan honeysuckle Purple Rain 

Leycesteria formosa Purple Rain - Himalayan honeysuckle Purple Rain is a bushy deciduous shrub with green arching stems of soft pointed bright green leaves. Small white flowers with deep purple red bracts on hanging clusters in summer to early autumn followed by shiny deep purple berries. Full sun, part shade or full shade. 

Eventual height and spread up to 1 to 1.5 metres  

This is a deciduous shrub so it will lose all its leaves in autumn shooting fresh new growth in the spring
