Delivery & Returns
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
Processing and Delivery times
We will process your order as soon as possible. However, because we are a working nursery and subject to the weather conditions, we ask you to allow 7 working days after receiving cleared payment for delivery, regardless of destination. Delivery will be anytime during the working day, we are unable to confirm a time.
However once we have received cleared payment and processed your order, delivery time (subject to weather conditions) is usually the following:
- In Cool Weather conditions
Dispatch is Monday to Thursday. We estimate 1-3 days to reach delivery destination.
- In Hot Weather conditions
Dispatch is Monday to Wednesday. We estimate 1-3 days to reach delivery destination. This is because we like to make sure the plants are in transit for as short a time as possible.
Please note: we do not dispatch at weekends and bank holidays. We also do not dispatch when the weather is either too hot or to cold for the safe dispatch of plants.
Deliveries will be suspended 1 week before 25th December and re-commence 1st week of the New Year.
Delivery to mainland UK addresses is £8.99.
Delivery to the regions / postcodes below is £15.99
- Southern and Northern Ireland
- Highlands and Islands: HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE
- Isle of Man: IM
- Isle of Wight: PO 30-40
- Isle of Scilly: 21-25
- Isle of Anglesey: LL 58-62 and LL 64 – 78
- Scotland: AB, DD
If you wish, we are happy for you to purchase online and collect your order from the nursery.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone 01622 833 218. We can except cancellations anytime prior to dispatch and will give a full refund by your original payment method.
If you wish to cancel your order once dispatched you must confirm this by contacting us by telephone or email within 5 working days of receipt and return the packaged item to us. The item (s) must be returned unused and in as new condition. We will not issue a refund until we have received the goods in good condition. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.
Customer Satisfaction and Guarantee
Your custom is important to us, which is why we offer 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the products you receive we offer 100% refund upon return of the items (excluding postage) within 5 days of receipt.
The plants will be securely packaged, usually in boxes. Bulk orders for large numbers of plants may utilise a pallet delivery service that takes 2 days.
