Clethra anifolia Hummingbird - White alder Hummingbird is a compact deciduous shrub with dark green leaves. Scented white flowers from mid summer to early autumn. Good yellow autumn leaf colour. Likes a shady spot. Part shade. 

Eventual height and spread up to 1.2 metres   

This is a deciduous shrub so it will lose all its leaves in autumn shooting fresh new growth in the spring
