French Lilac 

Syringa President Grevy is an upright deciduous shrub or small tree.  Large very fragrant double lilac blue flowers opening late spring early summer. Ovate to heart shaped dark green leaves. 

Eventual height up to 4 metres with a spread of up to 3 metres.
