Mahonia Charity is an upright evergreen shrub with long pinnate prickly dark green leaves. Produces very long racemes of small clusters of small bright yellow flowers in autumn winter sometimes followed by blue-purple berries. Hardy and tolerant of most soils. 

Eventual height and spread up to 2.5 to 4 metres.
