Green Privet. 

Ligustrum ovalifolium is a good fast growing semi evergreen hedging plant with medium sized green leaves. Clusters of creamy white flowers in July. Grows up to 2 to 3 metres . Shade tolerant and will grow well on most soils. Harmful if eaten.
