Cotoneaster Horizontalis is a large, deciduous shrub with spreading branches. Small glossy dark green leaves turning red in autumn. Small pinkish-white flowers in late Spring followed by small red berries. Excellent ground cover. Fully hardy. 

Eventual height up to 1 metre with a  spread  of up to 1.5 metres

This is a deciduous shrub so it will lose all its leaves in autumn shooting fresh new growth in the spring
