Cercis Merlot Chinese Redbud or Judas Tree is a large deciduous shrub or small tree with glossy heart shaped deep dark purple red leaves. Small clusters of bright pink flowers open on bare branches in early spring before leaves. Full sun or part shade. 

Eventual height and spread up to 6 metres.
