Nepalese Orange Himalayan Birch

Betula Nepalese Orange is an unusual form with a rich orange bark and horizontal bands of lenticels. The rich glossy smooth bark peels in sheets and scrolls giving good a texture.  A medium sized deciduous tree with a lightly spreading crown of green leaves opening in spring summer turning yellow before falling in autumn. Can be planted in full sun or part shade conditions. 

Eventual height up to 7 to 15 metres over 20 to 50 years.
