White Forsythia. 

Abeliophyllum distichum is an open, spreading, deciduous shrub with oval shaped dark green leaves. Striking, fragrant star-shaped white flowers are produced in February. Requires shelter in cold areas. 

Eventual height and spread up to 1.5 metres 

This is a deciduous shrub so it will lose all its leaves in autumn shooting fresh new growth in the spring
